Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform analysis and interpretation linking business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and improve existing processes
• Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of managed care information systems preferred
• Previous structured testing experience preferred
