Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and analyze medium to complex requirements ensuring they are testable, measurable, and traceable
• Collaborate with business partners to optimize processes and enhance product performance
• Facilitate internal communication and decision-making for product-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a transferrable discipline or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years' experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with knowledge of managed care or post-acute marketplace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders
