Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Product & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support internal data mapping efforts
• Document and analyze workflows and processes, translating product ideas into structured documentation
• Develop and execute test cases and UAT scenarios, coordinating feedback and tracking issues for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a Product or Technology team
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data mapping, process documentation, and workflow analysis
• Experience with UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Excel, JIRA, and process mapping software
