Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis
• Preferred experience in healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, or IT
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Tableau preferred
• Experience with claims data, financial performance trends, or regulatory reporting preferred
