A company is looking for a Business Applications Associate to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, customize, administer, and optimize business tools, including CRM and communication platforms
- Create, update, and deliver training on systems and processes for effective team usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and ensure smooth integration of tools and data flows
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing a Customer Relationship Management tool
- 2+ years of experience with managing business operations tools
- 2+ years of experience documenting business requirements for operational processes
- Experience with SOC best practices and requirements is preferred
- A background in healthcare and experience at a growth-stage start-up is preferred
