A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) - Contract to Hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cold calls and email campaigns to introduce mental health solutions and drive partnership growth
- Build and manage relationships with physician practices as the primary liaison for onboarding new referral partners
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer success, preferably in healthcare
- Prior experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is preferred
