Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand its network of approved broker partners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage and convert prospects into approved broker clients
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of new broker partners while tracking activity in the CRM
  • Drive growth in loan officers actively submitting and closing loans, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in mortgage, fintech, or B2B sales
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track activity
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools, such as Salesforce
  • Strong relationship-building skills
