Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth in loan officers actively submitting and closing loans, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in mortgage, fintech, or B2B sales
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track activity
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools, such as Salesforce
- Strong relationship-building skills
