Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outreach and generate pipeline for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads and advance them through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to align on target accounts and messaging
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS sales or BDR/SDR role
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting methods
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise companies is a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus
