Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set appointments with advisors
- Leverage CRM and technology to manage lead status and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Insurance license preferred, but not required
- 1+ year in sales, customer service, call center, or outbound appointment setting preferred
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferred
- High-energy, self-starter motivated by goals
