A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Sales Lead Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads
- Utilize various tools for research and initiate outbound calling and email campaigns
- Nurture prospects along the buyer's journey and achieve front-end sales KPI quotas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or recruitment
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM and LinkedIn preferred
- Comfort level with prospecting and cold calling potential clients through multiple channels
- Proven success in setting appointments with key decision makers
- Commitment to continuous learning and accountability in achieving results
