Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to assist with identifying opportunities to grow company revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set a minimum of 10 discovery calls per month for account executives through inbound interests and targeted outreach
  • Drive leads into opportunities by following up on inbound MQLs and gathering business intelligence
  • Conduct targeted outreach activities to qualified accounts to set discovery calls
  • Update and manage sales activities and account information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR, with a history of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with software sales or the association space is a significant plus
