Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to assist with identifying opportunities to grow company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Set a minimum of 10 discovery calls per month for account executives through inbound interests and targeted outreach
- Drive leads into opportunities by following up on inbound MQLs and gathering business intelligence
- Conduct targeted outreach activities to qualified accounts to set discovery calls
- Update and manage sales activities and account information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR, with a history of achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience with software sales or the association space is a significant plus
