Key Responsibilities
- Create awareness and generate interest for the employment platform through various outreach methods
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to set qualified meetings and gain exposure to mid-market deals
- Provide feedback on improving effectiveness within the BDR role and share best practices with team members
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience as a Business Development Representative in a SaaS company
- Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines using data-driven strategies
- Demonstrated quota attainment and understanding of sales performance metrics
- Experience with Salesforce or another tier-one CRM
- Prior experience selling or engaging with various HR personas
