Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads
- Utilize various tools for research and initiate outbound calling and email campaigns
- Schedule business appointments for sales consultants after qualifying prospects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or recruitment
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM systems preferred
- Proven success in setting appointments with key decision-makers
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling through various channels
