Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review reports using aggregated data to evaluate and recommend improvements
• Investigate new trends and identify opportunities for improvements among clients and the company
• Act as a subject matter expert for key systems and processes while collaborating with other departments for project implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online is a plus
• Experience designing and building dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Ability to apply existing procedures to address moderately complex challenges
