Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytical solutions to address strategic business challenges and improve operational efficiency
• Create operational and ad-hoc reports to support business processes and monitor performance indicators
• Collaborate with leadership teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of experience in data or statistical analysis
• Knowledge of SQL and/or data analytics
• Experience with analytic tools such as Power BI and R
• Skilled in writing queries and report writing
• Health insurance industry experience is preferred
