Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope
• Designs and develops reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs
• Mentors junior analysts and participates in training and project feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience required
• Experience with complex SQL coding and Tableau dashboard development
• Knowledge of healthcare data, preferably health plan data
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence software and relevant databases
