Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to transform raw data into strategic dashboards and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPIs and SLAs across the business
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business objectives
• Maintain and enhance business intelligence platforms and tools

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Expertise in data modeling, database technologies (SQL, Google BigQuery, etc.), and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and statistical analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query, and SQL
