Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Office Services Coordinator to manage patient account audits and ensure compliance with departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit patient accounts for compliance with policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide training and support to clinics on billing processes and standardized forms
  • Monitor financial statistics and assist with collection actions and payment arrangements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three years' experience in patient financial services or related fields
  • Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field with at least two years of experience is acceptable
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management or Practice Management Systems
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Behavioral health or substance abuse experience is a plus
