Key Responsibilities
- Audit patient accounts for compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Provide training and support to clinics on billing processes and standardized forms
- Monitor financial statistics and assist with collection actions and payment arrangements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in patient financial services or related fields
- Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field with at least two years of experience is acceptable
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management or Practice Management Systems
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
