A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and optimization of Salesforce and other business applications
- Assist in requirements gathering, process discovery, documentation, and solution design
- Participate in quality assurance, troubleshooting, and testing for automations and integrations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and understanding of Sales Cloud
- Some experience with QA/UAT work and managing users and permissions
- Strong desire to grow as a business analyst and systems administrator
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data management
- Interest in building productive relationships with team members and stakeholders
