Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer systems while analyzing business and user needs
• Develop test plans and perform application testing for system-related changes
• Provide production support and application configuration based on user tickets

Required Qualifications

• Entry level position with prior office environment experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Experience with case tracking systems such as ServiceNow is a plus
• Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
