Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Business Systems IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations into system incidents and identify root causes
• Analyze system logs and service behavior across supply chain platforms
• Collaborate with Build teams to resolve defects and improve system visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with technical experience
• 4+ years of experience in systems troubleshooting or application support
• Experience with enterprise supply chain platforms such as WMS, TMS, or SCADA
• Certifications like ITIL 4, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure Admin, or PMI-ACP are a plus
• Background in Agile or DevOps environments is advantageous
