Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support their strategic objectives and operational needs
- Oversee the administration of enterprise platforms, focusing on system configuration, user, and group management
- Provide technical support and facilitate end-user training for all employees
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet administration and Docusign
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or HRIS integrations
- Familiarity with low/no code development techniques
- Previous experience in IT Operations within the auto industry preferred but not essential
