Key Responsibilities
- Support early-stage pipeline growth by identifying high-potential agents and assisting in tracking regional activity
- Develop relationships with newly appointed retail agents through service and platform guidance
- Coordinate daily sales activities, including converting renewal business and supporting agent requests related to policy management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in a professional environment
- Genuine interest in commercial insurance and sales
- Self-starter with an organized and eager-to-learn mindset
- Experience with tools like Salesforce and Slack is a plus but not required
