Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Student Assistant, Business Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Process requests using HR Help Desk and SalesForce
- Input employee data or changes into WorkDay (HRIS) for new hires and off-boarding processes
- Facilitate virtual training for new hires during the onboarding process on the use of WorkDay (HRIS)
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at an accredited College or University with a minimum of six (6) semester units or nine (9) quarter units and a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Majoring in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment required; office environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and online meeting collaboration tools
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability
