Key Responsibilities
- Provides information to the public on services available through various Air Quality Programs
- Triages inbound calls and schedules consumer appointments based on their needs
- Enters consumer application data into the Program database and assists consumers with completing their applications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- High proficiency with database-related software applications
- Knowledge of the operating structure of various air quality programs
- Experience in customer service principles and practices
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively work with a technical team
