Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer who can build high-quality curricula at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on ELA curriculum creation and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with state standards
• Review and provide feedback on curriculum components, assessments, and instructional materials to ensure quality and compliance
• Manage projects and collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality educational content

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in curriculum development or instructional design within a core curriculum provider
• Demonstrated experience in ELA curriculum for middle and high school, with familiarity in state frameworks
• Extensive experience in reviewing assessments and instructional materials for K-12 ELA
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience collaborating with teams managing external vendors for content development
