Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their mortgage lending operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files and gather necessary items for final loan approval
• Act as a liaison between operational and sales departments throughout the transaction
• Evaluate loan applications and ensure adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail mortgage processing experience
• Mortgage Loan Originator License (company will sponsor for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices
