Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls and enrollment
  • Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
  • National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
  • Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
  • Experience in customer service or outbound calling is advantageous
