A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls and enrollment
- Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
- Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
- Experience in customer service or outbound calling is advantageous
