Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Audit Manager to lead a team of auditors and enhance the efficiency of the Premium Audit group.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop staff while monitoring team performance and implementing corrective measures
- Act as a technical resource and provide guidance to meet business objectives
- Execute operations and premium audit strategies, policies, and workflow processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of Premium Audit experience, including auditing various property and casualty commercial lines policies
- One year of experience in a leadership role
- Completion of APA 91 and 92
- High school diploma/GED with five years of related experience
