Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Resolve issues related to missing or contradictory information in title documentation
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, specifically with refinance and resale transactions
• California experience is required
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
