California Licensed UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of the digital user experience for products, services, and channels
• Support digital products and corporate initiatives through technical and operational duties, potentially mentoring less experienced designers
• Conduct user testing to ensure successful design implementations and develop analytic processes to monitor user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User design, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in User design
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry and commercial banking platforms
• Experience working in design systems and conducting user research
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Current or former experience as a contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank or its subsidiaries is required
