Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff while monitoring team performance and implementing corrective measures
  • Act as a technical resource and provide guidance to Premium Audit staff to meet business objectives
  • Execute operations and premium audit strategies, policies, and workflow processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven years of Premium Audit experience, including auditing various property and casualty commercial lines policies
  • One year of experience leading people
  • Completion of APA 91 and 92
  • High school diploma/GED and five years of Premium Audit or related experience
