Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff while monitoring team performance and implementing corrective measures
- Act as a technical resource and provide guidance to Premium Audit staff to meet business objectives
- Execute operations and premium audit strategies, policies, and workflow processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Seven years of Premium Audit experience, including auditing various property and casualty commercial lines policies
- One year of experience leading people
- Completion of APA 91 and 92
- High school diploma/GED and five years of Premium Audit or related experience
