A company is looking for a Claim Operations Associate for California Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Address simple requests and complaints in claims operations via telephone, email, or voicemail
- Utilize call center software and learn to identify discrepancies in information
- Assist with basic claim setup, entry, and general correspondence under supervision
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Experience in California billing claims, claims processing, or claims operations support is required
- Preferred experience in California workers' compensation claims
- Must reside in California or the Pacific Time Zone
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time is required
