Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver patient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to scripts and messaging protocols
• Perform data entry, general clerical duties, and research for scheduling remediation trips for recalls

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience handling escalated or unsatisfied customers required
• Knowledge of the medical/hospital setting is a plus
