A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Veterans by directing them to appropriate resources for their inquiries and issues
- Learn and explain Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) services and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with Veterans and accurately record call details
Required Qualifications
- Must have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience
- Must have a wired high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Must have a suitable work-at-home environment that is quiet and free from distractions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card Holder with three (3) years of residency in the USA
- Must possess a REAL ID-compliant identification card or an acceptable alternative
