A company is looking for a Specialist, Care Advocate Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate client call interactions and documentation for quality assurance
- Provide feedback to Care Advocates based on audit results and performance evaluations
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a customer care or call center environment
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role preferred
- General computer literacy
- Internal applicants must have successful tenure at a level III, preferably as a Care Advocate
