A company is looking for a Care Team Specialist I - Overnight Shift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual support and connect with individuals via phone, email, and social media
• Answer prayer line calls and triage for appropriate support
• Maintain a commitment to Care Team values and ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ministry experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Previous ministry training required
• Solid understanding of scripture and strong knowledge of God's word
• Associates degree (or higher) in biblical studies, theology, or equivalent is a plus
