Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caregiver Experience & Training Lead, responsible for enhancing caregiver engagement and satisfaction through innovative training and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement feedback and engagement programs to gather caregiver insights and improve satisfaction
  • Regularly update training methods and track caregiver performance and compliance
  • Design and manage caregiver incentive programs and plan local engagement events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in caregiver engagement or training development, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven ability to design training programs and track performance metrics
  • Experience with caregiver engagement strategies and local events
  • Strong technology skills, including familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
