Certified Coding Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Review and Audit Manager for Individual & Family Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of coding auditors to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards
• Develop and implement coding strategies and projects to support data submissions and audits
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance risk adjustment performance and improve coding accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; High School diploma required
• 5+ years of coding experience with certification from AHIMA or AAPC
• Supervisory or management experience required
• Knowledge of CMS RADV audits and familiarity with HHS Risk Adjustment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
