Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians through various communication channels
- Resolve inquiries and issues related to claims processing and eligibility while documenting engagement outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall experience for members, physicians, and pharmacies
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year of hire
- Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role
