Job Summary
A company is looking for a Functional Support and Change Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide governance structure and processes, communications strategies, and stakeholder outreach
- Support functional requirements gathering and participate in configuration workshops
- Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and provide functional support for deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in change management and BPR strategies
- Knowledge of the A+ADKAR Framework for change management
- Experience in producing communications materials for IT systems
- Experience in configuration management and developing functional system documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint
