Chief of Staff Internship

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff - MBA Grad.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the OKR system, leading reviews and ensuring accountability
• Meet with department heads to understand goals and help unblock execution
• Own internal operating cadence, including planning, tracking, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate with 3-6 years of prior work experience
• Experience in consulting, project management, operations, or VC-backed startups
• Experience working with OKRs, dashboards, and cross-functional projects
• Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Understanding of the healthcare or healthtech space
