A company is looking for a Child Care Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for Child Care payment assistance by reviewing applications and verification documents
• Conduct interviews with applicants to gather information and validate data for eligibility determination
• Provide ongoing case management and support to applicants and child care providers, including community outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience in case management or eligibility determination
• Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis
• One year of additional graduate coursework in relevant fields may substitute for required experience
• No special qualifications are necessary
• Must pass a criminal background check
