Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative work environment? Cimcorp USA is seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role plays a key part in supporting our internal operations and delivering excellent service to both employees and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires including welcome kits, policy overviews, benefits explanations, and employment verification.
  • Provide frontline support for HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, and self-service tools.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting talent acquisition processes.
  • Maintain a professional front office environment and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders for general and printer supplies.
  • Support financial processes, including invoice scanning, bank reconciliation, check deposits, and expense reporting.
  • Act as liaison with vendors for payment-related queries and documentation.
  • Maintain conference room bookings and assist with auto reservations.
  • Other related duties as necessary. 
  • Prepare HR reports and manage administrative systems including ERP portals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • HR administration skills preferred
  • Solid organizational skills

  • Process invoices and assist in preparing financial reports

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems, invoicing, and expense reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and accounting principles is preferred.
