Citrix Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Infrastructure specializing in Citrix & Virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of engineers focused on Citrix and virtualization technologies
• Set and execute infrastructure strategies, including migration to Azure Virtual Desktop
• Establish infrastructure policies and monitor performance to ensure system reliability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of IT experience with a focus on Citrix infrastructure
• Proven experience managing a Citrix-focused engineering team, preferably remotely
• Deep understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps, Azure technologies, and enterprise infrastructure
• Strong grasp of networking and security best practices
• Demonstrated success in project leadership and organizational alignment
