Claims Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Claims Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and help build the month-end checklist
• Create a chart of accounts for a new entity
• Perform reconciliations and submit entries for review

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in P&C claims accounting with a MGA or TPA
• Willingness to perform coding and transacting
• Ability to provide perspective on chart of accounts and building reconciliations
• Experience with Netsuite and Snapsheet
