A company is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their Stop Loss team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial models and reports to support claims resolution and cost savings
- Prepare client meeting materials and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines
- Gather data for claims reporting and assist with additional reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education preferred
- 0-1 year of experience in employee welfare benefits or a similar field
- Preferred experience in medical billing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
