Claims Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Associate - Consumer to process first party property claims based on client-specific programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process first party property claims and make coverage determinations based on investigations
• Adjudicate settlements or denials and manage high volumes of claims and correspondence
• Support the organization's quality programs while meeting production goals and customer guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of general office experience with claim processing experience preferred
• Claims industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of first party property and casualty claim processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily quotas
