A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage complex workers' compensation claims to determine appropriate benefits
- Handle cases involving litigation, rehabilitation, and high financial exposure
- Ensure timely and accurate adjudication in line with service standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing California workers' compensation claims
- Strong knowledge of California WC regulations and procedures
- SIP certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
