Claims Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Associate to support its Claims Operations department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Address simple requests and complaints via telephone, email, or voicemail with guidance
• Utilize call center software to manage inquiries and resolve issues
• Learn to execute basic claim setup, coverage verification, and financial transactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma is required
• Related billing claims assistant or claims processing experience is required
• Workers' compensation claims experience is preferred
• Must be located within the Central or Mountain Time Zone
• Availability to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time / 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday-Friday
